During a Big Picture implementation, we assemble Strategy-Integrated Metrics (SIMs) to take the strategic imperatives to the lowest levels of the organization. These metrics are assembled using the customer experience as a roadmap and extrapolating from the customer to the internal functions involved in execution. In the Integrate Module we also work on setting marketing intelligence metrics to assess the success of the Big Picture implementation, at the core of this effort lies the collection of a limited set of data that helps us answer the question: “Is the strategy having helping me achieve the business objective goal?“ In this module, we go well beyond backward-looking financial indicators of strategic performance and seek instead to identify the critical relationships between customer attitudes and the behaviors necessary to drive the firm’s financial results.
